ABOUT ME:
I am a tenth year Pottery teacher at Twin Falls High School. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education, K-12 certification, have almost completed an English Endorsement (I love to read!), and am currently working on a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am the Visual Arts Department Head for the Twin Falls School District and have the joy of working with the other art instructors in the district to ensure a quality arts education program for your student. I have taught Survey of Art, Drawing and Painting and am currently teaching only pottery so that I can focus on one area and become a better artist and teacher. I have 3 children and I love skiing, reading and working out. I love education and attended the College of Southern Idaho, the University of Idaho, Boise State University and am currently working on an online degree from the University of Kansas. Rock Chalk, Jayhawk! I am also the President-Elect for the Idaho Art Education Association. I love what I do!
